Important: recurring and fixed payments

1. Parties

These terms apply between the customer and TEKAI ADAM, trading as TekAI, organization number 930 043 761. TekAI is based in Norway and provides services to organizations in Norway and internationally.

2. Services and Prices

TekAI sells AI courses, advisory, workshops, strategy work, and custom AI software implementation. Prices shown on the website are starting prices or request-a-quote prices unless a written offer states a fixed price.

3. Ordering and Confirmation

A customer can submit an order request, request an invoice, or start online checkout. An order is confirmed when TekAI sends written confirmation by email, payment is completed, or both parties accept a written offer.

4. Payment Policy

• Accepted payment methods may include card, Stripe Checkout, Vipps MobilePay, PayPal when enabled through Stripe, invoice, and DNB bank transfer.
• Prices are displayed in NOK unless another currency is selected or agreed in writing.
• For invoice payments, payment terms are normally 14 days unless another due date is stated on the invoice.
• Payment provider fees, bank fees, taxes, VAT, or currency conversion may depend on the customer location and selected payment method.
• TekAI does not store card numbers. Card and wallet payments are handled by the payment provider.

5. Recurring or Fixed Payments

There is no binding period for recurring payments, subscriptions, fixed payment agreements, or other repeated charges unless a written offer says otherwise. Customers can stop future recurring payments by contacting TekAI by email at tekaias2025@gmail.com or by phone at +47 455 02 469. Cancellation stops future charges after TekAI has processed the request. Amounts for services already delivered, started, or agreed before cancellation may still be payable.

6. Delivery

Delivery time depends on the selected service. Free mapping calls and courses are scheduled by agreement. Workshops and strategy work are delivered on agreed dates. Custom software projects are delivered according to a written scope, milestone plan, or project agreement.

7. Refund Policy

• Free mapping calls cost 0 NOK and do not require a refund.
• For paid courses or workshops, cancellation at least 7 days before the agreed date is eligible for refund or rescheduling unless otherwise agreed.
• For cancellations less than 7 days before delivery, TekAI may charge for reserved time, preparation, third-party costs, and work already performed.
• For custom AI projects, refunds are assessed against the signed scope, milestones, work completed, and non-recoverable costs.
• If TekAI cannot deliver an agreed paid service, the customer may receive a refund for the undelivered part or choose rescheduling.
• Approved card refunds are returned through the original payment method when technically possible.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumer withdrawal rights may apply under mandatory law. TekAI mainly sells business-to-business services. If a consumer has a statutory right of withdrawal, the standard period is normally 14 days from the agreement date. If the customer asks TekAI to start the service before the withdrawal period ends, the customer may have to pay for work already performed, and the right of withdrawal may be reduced or lost once the service has been fully delivered.

9. Complaints and Disputes

Complaints should be sent to tekaias2025@gmail.com with the customer name, organization, order reference, payment reference if relevant, and a clear description of the issue. TekAI aims to respond within 5 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, it is handled under Norwegian law and ordinary Norwegian dispute-resolution rules unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.

10. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing correct contact, billing, organization, access, data, and project information. The customer must not provide confidential, sensitive, or personal data unless there is a lawful basis and TekAI has agreed how the data will be handled.
