Payment Providers

Card and wallet payments are processed by payment providers such as Stripe. Vipps MobilePay payments are processed by Vipps MobilePay when enabled. TekAI does not store card numbers. Payment providers may process payment data as independent controllers or processors according to their own terms and privacy notices.

Sharing and Storage

TekAI only shares personal data when needed for hosting, payment processing, accounting, customer communication, service delivery, legal compliance, or security. Data may be stored in services such as Vercel, Vercel Blob, email systems, calendar tools, payment providers, and accounting tools.

Retention

Inquiry and CRM records are kept as long as needed for customer follow-up. Accounting and payment records are kept according to legal retention requirements. Project data is retained according to the customer agreement or deleted when it is no longer needed.
